Direct Appeals : Lead impactful campaigns through persuasive letters, emails, and social media content, ensuring consistent messaging and effective outreach.
Donor Stewardship : Build and maintain strong donor relationships, enhancing retention, upgrading giving levels, and promoting recurring donations.
Reporting and Analysis : Provide insights through regular reports on fundraising activities, donor engagement, and revenue generation. Utilize data for strategic decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with fundraising best practices and nonprofit trends.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
5+ years in development and fundraising, with proven grant writing success.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Non-Profit industry experiences are a huge plus!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; familiarity with donor management software (Donor Perfect a plus).
