The TRG Manufacturing Search Division is actively searching for an energetic materials / production planning professional to lead a well-established production planning team for a successful and stable manufacturing corporation.

This well-established company has added new lines and is investing heavily into lots of equipment. With the expansion of their production and continued growth, they are seeking a Production Planning Lead who will advance and enhance their successful planning team of 6 individuals. We are looking for a degreed Production Planning Manager with 8 or more years of experience with planning, inventory management, and procurement in a manufacturing environment. This person will lead a team of seasoned planners and be responsible for the scheduling, resource planning, and cost reductions that will contribute to the continued profitability of the production. Background:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline)

  • 8+ years of planning, inventory, and procurement experience

  • Supervision and/or management

  • ERP/MRP experience (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar ERP)

  • Experience with lean tools and methodologies preferred

  • Experience in food, pharmaceuticals, FDA, consumer products, high-speed packaging, etc.
