Centralized Maintenance Management & Reliability Systems Engineer | Enterprise Wide Maintenance System Integration | High Visibility

The Richmond Group USA is recruiting for one of our best manufacturing clients who needs to hire on a Reliability Systems Engineer. This is a great opportunity to integrate the corporate Computerize Maintenance Management System and ensure a low-risk transition from current site maintenance systems across several facilities in the southeastern US.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Work closely with site leadership to ensure data integrity for Centralized Maintenance Management Systems across several production plants.
  • Take charge and put creative energy into driving program success supporting reliability engineers and technicians through the region
  • Manage and streamline Spare Parts Inventory and workflow processes.
  • Willing to spend significant time/energy training end users
  • Minimize gaps in existing processes and support production/maintenance teams during transition between old and new interfaces.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Significant manufacturing industry experience (5+ years) preferably as a Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, or related role
  • Strong experience with IT applications, including experience in special projects or program leadership where you have implemented ERP or CMMS system, such as Maximo, SAP or Dynamics AX.
  • A willingness to travel 50% of the time in the Southeast. Most of this travel will be by company car within VA, NC, SC, and possibly FL.
