The TRG Manufacturing Search Division has recently been engaged by an industry leading industrial manufacturer to identify a Mechanical Development Engineer to add to their world-class global engineering team in Wisconsin. This position will be responsible for leading product engineering projects that include new products or new capability development. The ideal candidate for this role is a degreed Mechanical Engineer, with 5+ years of experience designing and developing commercial or industrial products or equipment. Working closely with a number of major customers, this position will take a project lead role on the team resolve complicated customer issues.

Background:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required
  • 5+ years of Product Development Engineering experience supporting commercial or industrial products
  • Experience working with 3-D Modeling Software Packages
