Commercial Director - Latin America 

The Richmond Group USA is conducting a retained search to find an experienced Commercial Director to lead all commercial activities in the Latin American region for an innovative beverage packaging provider. This rapidly growing global manufacturer of one-way PET kegs is looking to provide more of their profit enhancing solutions to the Latin American brewery industry, which is growing at a 40% annual rate! Our client has fantastic relationships with many multinational breweries, which will give you and your “in-market, technically focused” commercial team a springboard to leverage off to expand global acceptance and achieve regional, commercial performance and profit goals. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Technical Sales Leader who is seeking to drive revenue through relationships, networks, and incredibly inventive products for the brewery industry. 

We are looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing professional with a history of commercial success in the LATAM brewery and draft beer market. This company has great relationships providing cost-reducing packaging solutions for several multinational beer manufacturers and is looking to further expand these relationships in high-potential Latin American markets. This role will be instrumental in developing commercial strategy, supply chain optimization projects, and providing key account support to large global customers (Heineken Mexico, Anheuser-Busch InBev, etc.). As the market grows, you will source and work alongside distributors in-market to optimize service to the fragmented craft beer and wine sectors in this region.   • Ambitious Sales & Marketing Leader with good networks within multinational and independent breweries in Latin America
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to provide leadership and direction to Commercial Managers located in Latin American, Central American, and South American markets.
  • Demonstrated success commercializing products / technologies with large multinational brands
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred
