Qualifications:
Background in mechanical/electrical engineering with experience in food processing or packaging machinery.
Proven track record in project management, preferably in further processing or related industries.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Costing and estimating experience to effectively manage project budgets and financial aspects.
FDA audit experience a plus.
Should know Microsoft project manager.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation: $120,000 to $160,000 based on experience.
Extensive travel opportunities for on-site project work (Company Vehicle provided or car allowance provided plus pay all gas and maintenance).
Will be on-site in AR when not traveling.
