What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle AP: invoices, payments, reconciliations
• Manage vendor relationships with quick, accurate communication
• Troubleshoot discrepancies with Project Managers & Purchasing
• Keep AP operations running smoothly in a high-volume setting

What You Bring:

• Previous high volume AP invoicing experience (construction = a bonus!)
  • Strong Excel and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Experience with ERP/paperless AP systems is a plus
