Industrial Electrician

We’re seeking an Industrial Electrician, with an engineering approach to facility operations and manufacturing, to play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of plant electrical, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.

This direct hire salary role is based in a relatively new production facility that is efficient, sustainable and well-maintained by an experienced management team.

What You’ll Do

As the plant Lead Electrician, you’ll oversee a variety industrial plant electrical and control systems while supporting projects, troubleshooting complex issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Journeyman's card in Electrical, with industrial facility or manufacturing experience.
• Strong background in industrial electrical, instrumentation, and controls.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA and HMIs, DCS, VFDs, and IT and OT systems
• Knowledge of NEC and other safety standards
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing systems and power distribution systems.
• Experience leading projects in regulated environments
• Working knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles
• Passion for safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
