ON SITE Operations Manager / Commissioning Leader / Future Plant Manager Our client is building something from the ground up and we’re looking for a leader who thrives in that environment. This role is approximately 30 miles from Pittsburg KS and about 80 miles from KC Metro area. This is a rare opportunity to take a brand-new manufacturing facility currently in construction, leading through commissioning, startup, and into full-scale operations. The person in this role will not just inherit a plant, they will help build it, shape it, and ultimately lead it. At the center of this role is a critical challenge: bridging commissioning into operational excellence. We are seeking someone who can seamlessly connect engineering, construction, and commissioning activities with the realities of running a safe, reliable, high-performing manufacturing operation. We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer to manage projects through from concept to startup of regulated processing equipment and infrastructure upgrades. We’re partnering with a regulated manufacturing organization in growth mode , with multiple new products being commercialized over the next several years .
