The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a respected, family-oriented manufacturing organization to identify a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support a stable and growing team.
This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring accurate payroll execution and delivering a seamless benefits experience for employees across the organization. You’ll manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leadership.
Working cross-functionally with HR, finance, and leadership teams, you’ll help drive process improvements, maintain regulatory compliance, and enhance the overall employee experience in a culture that prioritizes people and long-term success.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong service mindset who can balance accuracy, compliance, and employee support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in payroll processing and/or benefits administration
Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and benefits programs
Experience with payroll systems ADP (A Must)
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
