What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a closely related field • 5 to 7 years of environmental experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments • Proven experience managing environmental compliance programs • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across functions • Experience with complex permits and regulatory agencies strongly preferred
