Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Drive strategic financial planning and analysis to ensure business growth and success.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and accurate business performance analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide key business decisions and financial planning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-10 years of combined public accounting and private industry experience, with a preference for manufacturing experience
  • Proven track record in leading, developing, and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong financial analysis and business planning skills, with experience in assessing and improving business performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required. MBA or CPA preferred.
