What You’ll Do:

• Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Provide key financial insights to support leadership decisions
• Handle foreign exchange transactions and Letters of Credit
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting team
• Work closely with international offices on financial matters

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven accounting/finance experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA a huge plus!)
• Strong GAAP knowledge & financial reporting expertise
• Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis
• Background in international transactions & compliance
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
