Maintenance Manager

We are actively seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to join our client, a financial stable, innovative manufacturer of high end applications that takes pride in being actively involved in community outreach and support.

Reporting to the Plant Manager this is a high impact strategic leadership role developing improvements and setting the tone for a team of maintenance supervisors and mechanics in a complex PSM processing facility.

This is a Change Agent role, prioritizing safety and health of all employees, to Drive Equipment Reliability and Mechanical Integrity in order to improve production and operational efficiencies.

Background and Experience

• Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering preferred (or other technical education also acceptable.)
• Approx 10+ years experience including strong hands on background in chemical plants or similar manufacturing operations
• Experience in equipment reliability methods and Mechanical integrity / API codes
• Experience managing capital and maintenance budgets
• Working knowledge of PSM environments
