The Richmond Group USA is looking for a sharp, curious, and tech-savvy Investment Accounting Associate to join our fast-growing team. If you're someone who loves digging into financial plans, thrives on details, and wants to be part of something bigger, keep reading.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between advisors, clients, and operations—helping bring financial strategies to life and making sure everything runs smoothly from plan to execution.

You'll help build financial plans that actually mean something to people, vet investment strategies to make sure we're doing right by our clients (fiduciary-first, always), and help bring those plans to life.

What you’ll do:

• Craft and fine-tune financial plans that align with real goals
• Review investment products and recommendations with a critical eye
• Assist in implementing recommendations and seeing plans through
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly to deliver a standout client experience

What we’re looking for:

• Someone with a solid understanding of the financial services world. Someone tech-savvy and loves working smarter, not harder!
• Are you organized, detail-obsessed, and naturally empathetic with clients? A natural problem solver?
• Curious and eager to grow (this is a long-term role with real advancement opportunities)?
• Degree in accounting, finance and/ or business
