The Richmond Group USA is looking for a sharp Senior Accountant with manufacturing experience who’s ready to take ownership of cost accounting, financial reporting, and job quoting in a hybrid role.

You’ll be the go-to person for finance in a hands-on, fast-paced environment—partnering with ops, sales, and leadership to drive smart decisions and keep things running smooth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial reporting and month-end close

• Own cost accounting, job quoting, and margin analysis

• Track revenue/COGS by project and tie it to payroll and inventory

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews

• Help streamline processes and mentor junior staff

What You Bring:

• 4+ years’ accounting experience (manufacturing/cost accounting a must)

• Strong ERP and Excel skills

• Solid understanding of inventory and job costing

• A proactive mindset and strong communication chops
