What You’ll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for manufacturing operations.

• Deliver clear insights that drive cost control and profitability.

• Apply Percentage of Completion Accounting principles for project tracking.

• Leverage ERP systems (Oracle, IFS, or similar) and advanced Excel tools to enhance reporting.

• Partner across teams to improve processes and influence financial strategy.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 4+ years of FP&A or finance experience in manufacturing or 6+ years in related industries.

• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• A proactive, curious mindset with a “can-do” attitude and desire to make an impact.
