What You’ll Be Doing

• Run the show for all things accounting — budgets, reports, forecasts, audits, you name it.

• Be the go-to financial partner for our plant leadership team.

• Keep costs in check and processes running smoothly.

• Lead AR/AP and make sure everything adds up (literally).

• Mentor your team and help us keep improving how we do things.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or something close (CPA/MBA = bonus points).

• 5+ years in a finance or accounting leadership role, ideally in manufacturing.

• You’re an Excel wizard and know your way around ERP systems.

• You think in numbers but speak human — great communicator, team player, problem-solver.
