Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We are partnered with a leading industrial manufacturer seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance operations at a high-volume production facility.

This role oversees a team of electrical technicians and works closely with plant leadership to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and minimal downtime. It is a hands-on leadership position within a heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and support a team of electrical technicians
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot motors, switchgear, transformers, and control systems
• Enforce safety standards and maintenance best practices
• Coordinate parts inventory and manage outside contractors as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis

Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of electrical maintenance leadership experience
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team leadership skills
• Electrical license or technical certification preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
