Controller (CPA) | Richmond, VA

A global, multi-site manufacturing organization is hiring a Corporate Controller to partner with the CFO and lead accounting across a complex international environment.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a technically strong CPA who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and supporting global operations.

What you’ll own:

• Global accounting leadership
• Monthly / quarterly / annual close
• Multi-entity consolidations & intercompany accounting
• Financial reporting under U.S. GAAP
• Inventory & manufacturing accounting
• Audit leadership and internal controls
• Development of a high-performing accounting team

What we’re looking for:

• CPA
• Proven progressive accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting depth
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-site environments
• Passion for team leadership and process improvement
