A well-established construction services group (50+ years strong) is looking for a Business Unit Controller to lead the accounting function for one of its operating companies.

This is a high-impact leadership role partnering closely with operations and executive leadership to drive financial performance across major construction projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Financial reporting and month-end close
• Work-in-process schedules and project forecasting
• Budgeting, cash flow, and variance analysis
• Internal controls and accounting operations
• Leading and developing the accounting team

What you bring:

• Accounting or finance degree (CPA a plus)
• Proven technical accounting experience
• Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred
• Comfortable partnering with operations and leadership
