The Plant Controller will own the integrity of plant financials, lead the close process, strengthen controls, and partner closely with operations leadership to improve visibility, decision-making, and performance. We’re looking for a hands-on finance leader with manufacturing experience, strong GAAP and controls knowledge, and the ability to translate financial data into operational insight.

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• Plant/manufacturing accounting experience
• Cost and inventory accounting expertise
• ERP systems experience
• Leadership experience
