If you get an odd amount of joy from clean BOMs, tight inventory, and explaining “what happened” at month-end like it’s a Netflix recap… you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for a Cost Accountant to help keep our numbers sharp, our products priced right, and our decisions backed by real data.

What you’ll do

• Own key parts of month-end/quarter-end close for cost accounting
• Build and review standard costs + new product costs
• Audit BOMs, routings, and inventory costs (keep the data clean + accurate)
• Reconcile/analyze inventory GL accounts and explain the “why” behind results
• Partner with ops + plant teams to solve cost/inventory issues and improve processes
• Support annual updates to labor + overhead rates

What you bring

• BA/BS in Accounting + 3+ years experience (manufacturing preferred)
• ERP experience (Dynamics AX a plus), strong Excel; Power BI nice-to-have
• CPA/CMA (or pursuing) preferred
