We’re partnering with a private, family-owned building materials manufacturer with nearly 100 years of success in the U.S. Known for its strong employee-focused culture and leadership in sustainability, this company has been a pioneer in using 100% recycled materials wherever possible.

This is a high-visibility Plant Controller opportunity at a 250+ employee manufacturing site. You’ll lead plant accounting and finance while partnering closely with operations to drive performance, accountability, and smart business decisions.

What you’ll own

• Financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
• Cost accounting, inventory, AP/AR, and internal controls
• Audit support and compliance
• ERP/general ledger oversight and process improvement

What they’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting preferred
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required!
• Strong Excel skills
• FASB knowledge required
• D365 experience is a plus
