What We’re Looking For:
5-10 years of combined public accounting and private industry experience, with a preference for manufacturing experience
Proven track record in leading, developing, and mentoring teams to achieve high performance.
Strong financial analysis and business planning skills, with experience in assessing and improving business performance.
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required. MBA or CPA preferred.
