The TRG Manufacturing Growth Division is currently engaged by a top client in the Medical Device & Life Science Sector to identify a Director of Advanced Engineering & Operational Efficiency to join their Corporate team driving initiatives across their Manufacturing Footprint in North America.

This will be a highly visible role, allowing for a ton of growth and long-term potential for the right person who thrives in a high-profile environment.

Strengths in: Technical Project Management, Advanced Manufacturing Initiatives, Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence, and Automation are key to success in this role.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Advanced Degree a Plus)
• 5+ Years in Manufacturing and Operations Project Management
• Lean Six Sigma Toolkit
• Strong Bias for Action, Results oriented, Ability to Drive Key Initiatives Independently
