The TRG Growth Practice is excited to be partnering with a leading manufacturing client in Illinois that’s seeking a Production Supervisor to join their North American Operations team.

This high-visibility role reports directly to the Plant Manager and plays a key part in production and continuous improvement initiatives within a lean, growth-driven organization. The company is investing heavily in its people, processes, and facilities, creating an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader ready to make an impact.

As Production Supervisor, you’ll ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while leading and developing a team of production employees. You’ll oversee daily activities, troubleshoot issues, and drive accountability to consistently meet customer expectations—all while championing continuous improvement and supporting lean manufacturing practices.
