This role is ideal for a molding expert who thrives in regulated, fast-paced environments. As the subject matter expert, you’ll lead molding process development, tooling, and validation to support both new product launches and ongoing production. You’ll collaborate across teams, represent technical expertise with OEM partners, and make an immediate impact with minimal learning curve.
We’re seeking a SME with strong injection molding experience—preferably in medical devices—who can set up, document, and validate molding processes while balancing shifting priorities.
