Are you a true hunter ready to grow a high-potential territory? Our client, a leading distributor of automation, flow controls, conveyors, pneumatics, and machine vision products, is looking for a driven business development professional to take ownership of a wide-open region.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in industrial sales, understands mechanical/electrical components or equipment, and is motivated by building new business.
What’s in it for you:
Strong starting base salary (~$100K+) for your first 12–18 months while you ramp up.
Transition into a lucrative 100% commission role with no cap on earnings. Similar-sized territories are bringing in $200K–$300K all in.

What You’ll Do:
Drive business development in North Dakota and Western MN (2–3 days of regional travel per week).
