We're Hiring: Senior Electrical Engineer | Industrial, Manufacturing & Process Clients | Greater Baltimore Region

We are recruiting a Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer to join our client, a mid sized employee owned Engineering & Design firm. This role supports their client's in energy, chemical and regulated process industries. This role will serve as the electrical technical lead and supervisor for their greater Baltimore MD office and support key market sectors. This is an opportunity to take on a visible leadership role within a collaborative, relationship-driven engineering environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the project discipline lead and supervise a team of 2–4 electrical staff along with develop electrical design documents, drawings, and specifications.

  • Review, analyze, and approve the work of junior engineers and designers.

  • Lead the team and perform conceptual and detailed design for: Low-voltage power distribution, Lighting and grounding systems, Motor controls, PLC/PAC and HMI systems

  • Lead project meetings, present technical information, and interface directly with clients and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial process environments.
BS Degree in Electrical engineering
Experience in design of wiring diagrams, control schematics, power, conduit and electrical equipment specifications
Working knowledge of related industry electrical codes.
Active PE License required and U.S. Citizenship required due to client project requirements.
