National Business Development ROLE with a global, industry-leading and growing building materials manufacturer. The TRG Growth Practice has engaged with a client to identify a high-performing leader to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build and lead a team within a critical product segment that is part of a company-wide strategic initiative.
This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role working cross-functionally with Regional Sales, National Accounts, R&D, Product Management, Finance, and more, offering the opportunity to shape national market strategy, expand distribution, and develop sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution-based sales, manufacturer reps, and commercial construction materials, with the ability to execute strategies that drive market share, product mix, and profitability at a national level.
