We’re partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturer to identify a Structural Engineering Manager who will play a key role in supporting major infrastructure projects as the organization invests in both site upgrades and new facilities.

This is a high-impact leadership role that will be a key component on the corporate engineering team. We are looking someone who enjoys being close to the work, solving real-world engineering challenges, and managing multiple projects in dynamic environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead structural engineering efforts tied to large-scale infrastructure and construction projects
• Serve as a technical expert in the field, working directly with internal stakeholders and contractors
• Manage multiple projects at once, balancing priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure designs and applications meet performance and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in structural engineering within construction, building materials, or related industries
• Strong ability to manage time, priorities, and projects across multiple locations
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Leadership capability, either formally or through project ownership
