We’re partnering with a global manufacturer headquartered in Richmond, VA on a key Senior Director of Financial Reporting & Accounting search.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for a proven finance leader who can bring order and consistency to the close, strengthen reporting, and help drive post-acquisition integration across a complex global environment. This role is about more than keeping the machine running — it’s an opportunity to make a real impact as the company continues to strengthen its finance organization under refreshed leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Direct SEC/public-company reporting experience
• Strong global and multi-currency consolidation depth
• A track record of driving discipline in decentralized close environments
• Hands-on experience with post-acquisition integration and harmonizing systems/processes
• The leadership skills to influence and align subsidiary/site finance teams, even in the face of resistance
