The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization to identify a Quality Systems Manager to support and strengthen quality execution across multiple production sites. This is a high-impact role focused on improving how quality systems are applied at the plant level, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations. What You’ll Do Lead and support the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple sites Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and quality practices Ensure audit readiness and compliance with ISO/IATF or similar frameworks Partner with Operations and Engineering to embed quality into manufacturing processes Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and defect prevention efforts Train and coach teams to ensure adoption of quality systems and best practices Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 3–7+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or quality systems Strong knowledge of QMS, process control, and continuous improvement Experience with tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and root cause analysis Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams on the plant floor Exposure to multi-site environments is a plus Why This Role Opportunity to own and improve quality systems across multiple locations High visibility within a growing division Blend of hands-on plant support and systems-level influence Strong growth potential into broader quality leadership   If you are interested in this or future opportunities in your area, please send a Word-Formatted resume to ariannad@richgroupusa.com and we will contact you when opportunities arise that match your geography and experience.
