Senior Quality Supervisor

The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization to identify a Quality Systems Manager to support and strengthen quality execution across multiple production sites.

This is a high-impact role focused on improving how quality systems are applied at the plant level, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple sites
• Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and quality practices
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with ISO/IATF or similar frameworks
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to embed quality into manufacturing processes
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and defect prevention efforts
• Train and coach teams to ensure adoption of quality systems and best practices
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3–7+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or quality systems
• Strong knowledge of QMS, process control, and continuous improvement
• Experience with tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and root cause analysis
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams on the plant floor
• Exposure to multi-site environments is a plus
