Job Description

The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Quality Engineer to lead and strengthen quality systems and compliance efforts across multiple sites.

This role is focused on ensuring audit readiness, driving standardization, and improving the effectiveness of quality systems across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple locations
  • Lead internal audits and support external regulatory and customer audits
  • Drive corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
  • Maintain and improve quality documentation, procedures, and records
  • Standardize processes and systems across plants
  • Partner with plant teams to ensure consistent execution of quality standards
  • Track and report on QMS performance and compliance metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in quality systems or manufacturing quality
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards
  • Experience leading audits and managing compliance programs
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence across multiple teams and sites
