Job Description

The TRG Growth Practice is working with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Quality Engineer focused on corrective action, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, analyzing trends, and driving long-term improvements in manufacturing performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead structured problem-solving efforts using 8D, root cause analysis, and data-driven methods
  • Own and drive corrective action processes across multiple sites
  • Investigate recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
  • Analyze defect trends, warranty data, and reliability metrics
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to improve product and process performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and variation
  • Contribute to PFMEA updates and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing quality or engineering
  • Strong experience with root cause analysis and corrective action systems
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma tools preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
