TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a thriving global organization to identify a Head of Trade Compliance & Logistics for a highly visible leadership role based in the Mid-Atlantic / East Coast.

This role will lead efforts to streamline systems and processes across the Americas region, with responsibility and influence spanning North America, Central America, and South America. The organization is growth-minded, fast-moving, and looking for a leader who can operate strategically while also diving into the details to solve problems and drive results.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven leadership in Trade Compliance
• Deep experience in Global Logistics
• Strong expertise with Foreign Trade Zones
• A Bachelor’s degree (Master's Degree a plus)
• An active Customs Broker License
