Regional Sales Manager – End of Line Packaging Equipment

South Central U.S. Territory

An industry-leading manufacturer of end of line packaging equipment is expanding and seeking a high energy Regional Sales Manager to drive growth throughout the South Central U.S.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys machinery, customer interaction, and building long term relationships within the industry. Develop new business opportunities across CPG markets including food and beverage, pharmaceutical and medical, household products, and industrial manufacturing with a strong focus on packaging automation and corrugated solutions. The territory is already producing approximately $8 million in annual sales and offers strong growth potential with uncapped commissions.

Territory

Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas

Compensation & Benefits

* Strong base salary 100-140 depending on experience
* Unlimited commission potential 1-3%

Responsibilities

* Manage and grow an established multi state territory
* Sell end of line packaging equipment solutions directly to customers
* Work closely with manufacturers representatives to identify and close opportunities
* Conduct equipment presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings
* Develop new business opportunities within packaging and corrugated markets
* Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
* Provide technical sales support and product expertise

Qualifications

* Experience selling end of line packaging equipment required
* Experience with case erectors, case packing, palletizers and robotic integration
* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to discuss machinery solutions confidently
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Self motivated, coachable, and ambitious
* Live in the territory
* Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned territory
