Regional Sales Manager – End of Line Packaging Equipment

Northeast U.S. Territory

A growing manufacturer within the end of line packaging equipment industry is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand business throughout the Northeast U.S.

Develop new business opportunities across CPG markets including food and beverage, pharmaceutical and medical, household products, and industrial manufacturing with a strong focus on end of line packaging and automation. This is a brand new position for the company and you get to build it and become the rockstar!

Maine through Virginia

Compensation & Benefits

• Strong base salary 100-140K depending on experience
• Unlimited commission structure 1-3%

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activity throughout the Northeast region
• Sell end of line packaging machinery and automated equipment solutions
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities
• Serve as a technical resource during the sales process
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and equipment discussions
• Build strong relationships within packaging and corrugated manufacturing industries
• Travel 2-3 nights a week

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling end of line pacakging equipment required
• experience selling to CPG customers
• Background in case erectors, tray erectors, automation, or corrugated machinery highly valued
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven, trustworthy, and customer focused mindset
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
