Job Description

The TRG Manufacturing Search Division seeks a Electrical Project Manager to join a stable, recession-proof, growth-oriented company that supports critical sustainability initiatives across the broader industrial value chain by transforming secondary material streams into valuable products used throughout agriculture, renewable energy, and industrial markets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an electrical professional who enjoys leading capital projects from concept through startup across a diverse network of industrial processing facilities throughout North America. The company is making significant investments in modernizing aging electrical infrastructure, replacing obsolete technologies, improving reliability, and supporting long-term environmental initiatives.

Working closely with plant leadership, contractors, vendors, and operations teams, you will lead electrical projects involving power distribution, controls, instrumentation, automation, and facility modernization efforts. This remote-based role offers substantial project ownership, meaningful technical challenges, and a travel schedule that provides valuable flexibility and time at home between assignments.

Ideal Background:

  • Industrial electrical project leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution, controls, and automation systems.
  • Capital project, plant upgrade, or facility modernization experience.
  • Electrical trades, controls, maintenance, or engineering background.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently in a manufacturing environment.
  • This is a 100% remote role that requires frequent travel

If you’re a talented Electrical Project manager who enjoys owning projects from the ground up while working in a stable and growing industrial environment, we’d love to hear from you—apply today!
