What You’ll Do
Lead and support the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple sites
Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and quality practices
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with ISO/IATF or similar frameworks
Partner with Operations and Engineering to embed quality into manufacturing processes
Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and defect prevention efforts
Train and coach teams to ensure adoption of quality systems and best practices

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
3–7+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or quality systems
